JYR-Cons Oy is a flexible business management consulting company having a wide international
experience around the world, offering also specific project management services. Established in 2005 in a city of Rauma, and has always had a direct approach to our customers.

With wide experience from many different kind of international organizations, Mr. Koponen has
exceptionally strong background, which gives a strong backbone to support Jyr-Cons Oy in variable situations. Rapid adaption to new situations and fast recognizion the needs to be solved are always beneficial for us and especially for our customers.
